Diana Hermosillo is the co-founder of Closing Real Estate and a banking professional with over 20 years of experience, including 17 years in consumer compliance laws. She holds active certifications as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) and commissioned bank examiner, with a strong track record in guiding institutions through real estate regulations. Diana also edited the 27th and 28th edition of the American Bankers Association Reference Guide to Regulatory Compliance.
In addition to her compliance expertise, she is a seasoned real estate investor and former Transaction Coordinator, providing valuable insights at the intersection of finance and real estate. Passionate about promoting compliance and integrity, Diana supports financial institutions in serving their clients effectively. Outside of work, she is a devoted mother of three.

She has three years of experience as a closer and a background as a real estate agent. She is fluent in Spanish, Jessica began translating for her parents at a young age, which fueled her passion for helping others navigate complex processes.
